Nothing in the way we deal with your request shall be interpreted as discrimination, which means that we will not set up different pricing or products, or different level or quality of services for you, if you choose to exercise your rights. However, in some circumstances, we may not be able to provide services if you choose to delete your personal information from our records.

When you use the App, we collect and process the following information, which is essential for the proper execution of the contract between you and us. Without this information, it would be impossible to provide the full functionality of the App and deliver the requested services.

Please ensure that you download and save all the User Content you need immediately after it's generated via the App, including User Content created as part of the avatar pack feature. We cannot guarantee access to or the ability to download such User Content at a later time.

Information That Is Processed Automatically

On the basis of your permission, we utilize third-party automatic data processing technologies, such as advertising or analytics tools, to analyze specific information sent by your device through our App (Identity For Advertisers for Android ID for Android devices). These technologies may involve automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, which refers to automated processing used to evaluate personal aspects related to you, such as preferences, interests, behavior, location, or movements (see the list of data described below). This automated data processing starts once you allow our App to track your activity. However, you can withdraw your permission at any time, and we provide opt-out options in Section VIII for your convenience.

We may process certain information about your device and user behavior based on our legitimate interest. This information falls within the data categories described in the subsection "Information That Is Processed Automatically." It is generally non-personal, meaning it cannot directly associate with any specific individual, and we access it only in aggregated form. This information is used to improve our App and provide the best user experience.

Payment Information

For in-app purchases, our e-commerce provider (Google Play) takes care of billing, processing, and charging. They handle your personal information securely and ensure its utmost safety. This processing of payment information is an integral part of the contract between you and us. However, please be aware that we cannot access or utilize your credit or debit card information.

Regarding the User Content related to the avatar feature, we use your Input Content (original photos uploaded by you for avatar generation) solely to train the AI that creates AI avatars.

VII. CHILDREN PRIVACY

To use the App, you must be of the age of majority or legal age in your jurisdiction (typically at least eighteen (18) years old). Minors (generally under 18) need permission and supervision from a parent or guardian to use the App. If you're between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years old, you must ensure your parent/guardian agreed to this Agreement and have the legal ability to enter into a binding agreement with us.

Parents/guardians must supervise minors' App use to prevent unauthorized, irrelevant, indecent, or immoral usage. Anyone under thirteen (13) can't use the App. By using it, you confirm you meet the age requirements or have proper consent to accept the Agreement's terms.
